We've had some great hiking this year. Two weeks ago, we visited Sedona and spent some time in the "vortexes" with our new age-savvy friends Sachiyo and Ikuko. Here's a picture of Natsuko, Sachiyo, and me.
This last week, we drove out to Yosemite with our friends Plato and Joanne and had a chance to see the amazing outflow from this year's record snow.
Now we're headed to Shasta for a little cave exploring and a little mountain hiking. If you haven't made it out to beautiful parks of northern California this spring, it's time!
